Tighten borders ahead of Ghana-Guinea Clash- Mahama President John Dramani Mahama has directed the Regional Ministers of Upper West and Upper East to ensure maximum security at the borders in the two regions, ahead of the Ghana-Guinea African Cup of Nations qualifier today. The Minister of Youth and Sports, Mahama Ayariga, who confirmed this to newsmen, also indicated that the directive was to put the authorities on high alert for any case of Ebola, if Guinean supporters travelled by road into the country. Concerns have been raised about the safety of Ghanaians since Guinea is one of the West African countries badly hit by Ebola. TIMES
