Tema port takes stringent measures against Ebola outbreak The number of Vessels that call at the Tema Port has not reduced despite the Ebola scare in parts of West Africa. The crew on these vessels are thoroughly screened for the disease amidst other preventive measures. The Tema Port Health Superintendent, Albert Arthur Quansah, said stringent measures have been put in place at the Port and the Shores of Tema to avert the spread of Ebola should it be detected. Mr. Quansah said the Tema Port Health has set up a Committee for Ebola and trained Port Health Officials on the disease. Source: GBC
