Reduce over dependence on central government

Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies, MMDAs have been tasked to work hard to improve on Internally Generated Funds to reduce over dependence on central government.

This was contained in a speech read on behalf of the Finance Minister, Seth Terkper at the Western Regional Public Launch of the Hearings for the District Composite Budget for 2015 in Takoradi.
