Changing trend on economic and labour fronts call for similar responses to confront challenges

The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Employers Association, Alex Frimpong, says the changing trend on the economic and labour fronts demands similar responses to confront inherent challenges.

He said due to this, employers are also devising new methods of recruitment and other modes of retaining staff.

Speaking on Behind The News, Mr. Frimpong noted that certificates alone do not guarantee job security. 

What is of essence are competence and skills which ensure value for money.
