Renewed call on MOFA to intensify education on use of pesticides in vegetable cultivation

A Member of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Food and Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs, Bright Demordzi, says it is time the Ministry of Agriculture through extension officers, intensify education on the use of pesticides in vegetable cultivation. 

He told Radio Ghana, the move will prevent contamination of vegetables and check the spread of diseases.
