Helen Ntoso;use festivals as platform towards socio economic development

The Volta Regional Minister, Helen Ntoso has called on Ghanaians not to use festivals and other cultural activities for merry making alone but also as a platform to rally human and material resources towards socio-economic development.

The minister made the call at a durbar of the chiefs and people of Dzodze in the Ketu North district to climax their annual Deza.
