Patronise made in Ghana goods to enhance the Ghanaian economy

As part of the nation's efforts at boosting the local textile industry, President Kuffour's administration instituted the Friday wear.

The Friday wear enjoins all workers and the public in general to dress in African prints especially what is produced in Ghana.

President Mahama in his last State of the Nation’s address re-emphasised the need for Ghanaians to patronise made in Ghana goods to enhance the Ghanaian economy.
