Traders And Importers In Tema Not Ready To Reduce Prices Of Goods

Traders and importers in Tema say the prices of their goods remain unchanged even though the Cedi has stabilized in the past two weeks. 

According to them, they do not see the need to reduce the prices of the goods when they have already paid huge duties at the port. 

The traders and importers however urged government to put in place measures to further strengthen the local currency to compete with its foreign counterparts, especially the dollar.
