Construction of more roads not solution to traffic conditions - GhIE

The Ghana Institution of Engineers says the construction of more roads is not the panacea to the traffic situation in the country.

It therefore proposed a regime where private car owners will park their cars and resort to commercial vehicles.

This will go a long way to ease congestion and save productive hours spent in traffic.
