AG Submits Files On Four Cases Against State To Judgment Debt Commission

The Attorney General and Minister of Justice has furnished the Judgment Debt Commission with files on four cases against the State.

The former Attorney General, Martin Amidu, petitioned the judgment debt commission to probe the cases which were pending in court around 2010.

The Acting Solicitor General at the Attorney General's Department, Helen Awo Ziwu who submitted the files said some of the documents could not be traced and efforts will be made to find the full complement of the dockets.
