Justice Yaw Apau surprised at petition process

The Sole Commissioner looking into the payment of Judgment Debts and Related Matters, Justice Yaw Apau, has expressed surprise at the response to a petition for compensation for an alleged land acquisition for the expansion project for the Abor Senior High School in Keta.

He said the Attorney General, Ministry of Finance and Office of the President treated the petition without due process.

Justice Apau expressed these sentiments at the Commission's sitting yesterday.
