Medical Knowledge Fiesta Conference underway in Accra A Psychiatrist from the University Of Alabama School Of Medicine, U.S.A Professor Thaddeus Ulzen has stressed the need to pay more attention to mental health and stop stigmatising people with mental disorders. He explained that when mental disorders are treated at the early stages, it prevents needless deaths, thereby promoting productivity. Mr. Ulzen made the statement at the opening ceremony of the Medical knowledge Fiesta 2014. Meanwhile, a representative from the Ghana Physicians and Surgeons foundation North America, Elijah Paintstil has donated 500 units of personal protective equipment to the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons in preparation towards any possible Ebola outbreak.
