President Mahama In Liberia, Holds Bilateral Talks With President Ellen Johnson President Mahama has arrived in liberia, Monrovia and had bilateral talks with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. She commended President Mahama for his leadership, support and instant engagement during the trying times facing her country and two other west African nations. President Johnson Sirleaf thanked President Mahama and welcome the offer of support. President Mahama reiterated the need for more sober reaction to the epidemic noting that many of the actions taken in the wake of the outbreak were panicky and will not help the situation. He said the Ebola outbreak has affected the economy of the sub-region negatively, hence, decisions that will rather worsen the economy of member states affected by the Ebola virus disease must be avoided.
