INDOTECH 2014 opens in Takoradi

This year's industry and technology fair INDOTECH 2014 has opened in Takoradi. 

More than 40 exhibitors both local and foreign are taking part in the event which is attracting entrepreneurs in trade, agriculture, food processing, garments, textiles and leather as well as services from medium scale enterprises and organisations. 

In an address read on behalf of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Director of manufacturing at the Ministry, Kofi Nuhu, stressed government’s commitment to partnering industries and all players in the economy to overcome challenges confronting the sustainable growth and development of their enterprises. 

He said it is for this reason that government is rolling out pragmatic policies to empower existing industries to grow as well as attract new ones to drive the economy.
