DVLA and Ghana National Association of Garages to set up garages to fix seat belts on vehicles The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority, DVLA in collaboration with the Ghana National Association of Garages is to set up well equipped garages countrywide. Such garages will have trained personnel capable of fixing car seat belts. This is a pilot project which forms part of efforts by the DVLA to ensure that all vehicles, especially commercial ones have seat belts. The Chief Executive Officer at the DVLA, Rudolf Beckley, disclosed this in an interview with Radio Ghana in Accra. GBC
