Dr. Quainoo Calls for a Paradigm Shift in Curriculum of Tertiary Institutions to Suit World Market A member of the Association of Ghana Industries, Dr. Dominic Quainoo, says it is time for Government the Educational Authorities and other technocrats in the sector to take pragmatic steps to change the existing wrong fundamental curriculum of Tertiary Institutions to suit the world of work and industrial market. Dr. Quainoo said unless the mind set of graduates are changed into problem solving students it would be difficult to create ready jobs for them when they complete school. Speaking in an interview with Radio Ghana, Dr. Quainoo noted that both public and private education institutions should make practical and field studies part of the curriculum. GBC
