Cabinet Considers Final Stages of Films Bill A Bill to enhance the image of the Ghana Movie Industry is in its final stages in cabinet. The film Bill will among other things shape and provide a definite structure for the industry and elevate it into an authority. Speaking at a lecture on Ghanaian motion pictures at the National Films and Television Institute in Accra, Deputy Minister of Culture and Creative Arts, Dzifa Gomashie noted that the film industry is a major contributor to the country's economy but cannot be measured because it has no effective and well established structure.
