Unconfirmed Reports Say Three Persons Shot Dead Following Sporadic Shooting in Bimbila 
 
Unconfirmed reports say three persons have been shot dead. 

A resident told Radio Ghana's Northern Regional Correspondent that, he heard sporadic shooting at about 7 pm. 

As late as 10:30 pm, residents could still hear gunshots. 

It is still unclear what caused the gun battle but Bimbila has witnessed chieftaincy clashes lately forcing government to impose a dawn to dusk curfew on the town.
