Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko  Russian Tank  incursion  unacceptable. 

President Petro Poroshenko has described as unacceptable, movement of Russian tanks into Ukrainian territory.

Ukraine said earlier that three tanks had entered rebel areas of the east, and fighting was under way. 

It said the tanks entered Ukraine along with other armour through a border checkpoint controlled by rebels in the Luhansk region. 

Russia however denied the report describing it as another fake piece of information.

Meanwhile, a van belonging to the self-declared leader of the Donetsk People's Republic was blown up injuring four people.

It is not clear what caused the explosion. Earlier, Moscow accused President Poroshenko of not delivering on his pledge to stop the fighting in the east.
